Shipping Information

Please allow up to 10 days transit time within New Zealand and up to 14 days for International, depending on location.

All parcels are now sent with tracking which can be followed via NZ Post.
I make sure each item is packaged securely and ship each item personally, but sometimes items can be damaged during shipping. Please notify me within 24 hours if this happens.

Please note: due to variations in computer screens, the colours in Clouds of Colours products may vary from what you receive, this does not count as a physical defect :)

Bead Jewellery Care

All bead jewellery is lovingly hand stitched so it is important to care for these by ensuring they don’t come in to contact with cosmetics such as moisturisers or perfume. Do not wear swimming or in the shower.

Natural body oils etc will enhance the patina of brass, this is the beauty of its unique look!
To polish - simply take a washcloth or soft towel and heat it with warm water. Use a mild soap and gently rub any dirt or grime off of the brass jewelry. Make sure when you are all done to rinse thoroughly and completely dry! Leaving water on the jewerly can lead to unwanted waterspots after your hard work.

They can be stored back on the little card & in the cloth bag they arrive in or, even better, hanging on a jewellery display stand. Storing them in a hanging position ensures they don’t lose shape.

Always add your earrings as the final touch to your outfit!
