What an amazing Christmas we had… fresh berries, fruit salad, flowers, sunshine, family and friends, blueberry pancakes (Look at the one that came out in the shape of a smiley face! I didn’t make it that way!), beach, swimming. Arlo gave me some very professional photography lights that Im excited to use for product photos for the Shop. I hope you all had a perfect Christmas. So just to have you all feeling a bit jealous of where I grew up, I took some sunset photos of what can be seen almost every morning from the front lawn. I have a whole folder of sunrise images from my childhood, always different and totally spectacular! I hope this makes you all want to visit NZ!

Friday! Today Im reminiscing over the homeland… Family, friends, animals, the smell of freshly mown grass mixed with a salty sea breeze, long walks on the beach, picking fresh vegetables for dinner. My creativity flows like crazy in that environment. Hope you all have a lovely weekend planned! X Bec
Yeehoooo its that time again… 5 photo friday. I really look forward to doing this post, not only because it means I have one more day of work until my weekend but also because I get to share with you some of my favourite photos. Today is dedicated to the colour orange! Although its not my favourite colour, I use it in alot of my paintings (see very bottom image), it has alot of natural beauty.
