New Zealand got hit by a pretty wild storm this week so while dodging the raindrops and cloudy days I have been enjoying coffees & croissants, blogging, arty days and graphic design projects.
It’s my birthday in a few weeks so it’s time to start planning new goals for my 25th year of being on this amazing planet =)
What are your plans this weekend?
Dont you just love it when you find a new favourite spot or shop? A place that you walk into and you have a recall of memories, smells, loves, times and places. Its one of the best feelings. Well this week I had one of those moments. A new shop has opened in Nelson called Edito. They import furniture from Europe & America, a mix of vintage and new. Their showroom is like the New York warehouse apartment Ive always dreamed of living in.
Mum and I fell in love as soon as we walked in and wanted to own everything in the store! (Photos of their little coffee shop are above).
Also if you missed out on seeing part one of mine and Arlo’s film photography mission, click here. Such fun! Happy Friday lovely readers!
This week seems to have been a delicious mix of food! Arlo bought the latest Whittaker’s book which is FULL of delicious recipes. I found a dinner set that looks like some of my drawings! And a friend and I have started brainstorming for our blogs for 2013…what better way to do it than in the new Frankie diary! I found a jar of Marmite at our family bach yuuummmm…because of the Christchurch earthquakes, these are almost extinct now! ;) Happy Thanksgiving to all my lovely American blog buddies! xo Bec
Good morrrrning! A few little snaps from my week of awesomeness. Arlo and I bought a coffee machine! So excited. I’m slowly perfectly my milk frothing. And bought a special new coffee cup that has a bird hiding underneath! A few more spring flower photos for you all too. Hope you’re all keeping happy and healthy! xo Bec
Some very beautiful shots from my week…look how big that piece of carrot cake is! Carrot cake is without a doubt my fave. I would love to do a mural like the one above, its so colourful and interesting- something to add to the DIY list for our future home. How has your week been? And what is your favourite cake?! xo Bec
